Blades and shafts for tractor mowers

One of the most commonly seen attachable agricultural machines is the rotary tractor mower. This machine is used for cutting grass, cereals, alfalfa, clover, and other crops in agricultural fields. Hudjik does not manufacture tractor mowers, but we do offer spare parts for this machine in our assortment.
Tractor mowers are ideal for mowing large areas, especially when crops are tall and densely grown. They are transported in a mounted position and are easy to use without complicated adjustments. A rotary mower consists of rotating blades mounted on a horizontal disc. When connected to a tractor, the mower uses the tractor’s power to drive the disc and blades. The rapidly spinning blades cut the plants as the tractor moves across the field. As with any other attachable agricultural machine, the working units of a tractor mower—specifically, the blades—are the most commonly worn and replaced components. Tractor mower blades vary in length and can be left- or right-sided, depending on the disc’s rotation direction.

BLADES FOR TRACTOR MOWERS
Besides screws and blade shafts, the blades themselves are among the most sought-after items in our online shop each year. This is completely understandable, as a mower must have blades in good condition to deliver satisfactory results. Before the start of each season, check the condition of all blades. If you notice any that are worn out, we recommend replacing them. Blades are very affordable and can be replaced almost every year, providing numerous benefits when kept in optimal condition. Our selection includes blades for the following mower models:
– Kuhn,
– Fahr,
– Vikon,
– Welger,
– SIP-Sempeter (one or two holes),
– IMT radura / Boljevac.
Primarily, tractor mower blades differ in length, and there are models with one or two holes. We recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions for your mower and using only the recommended blade models. Additionally, blades vary based on the position of the cutting edge, meaning there are left- and right-sided blades. The mower’s structure includes two discs that rotate in opposite directions, which is why two different types of blades are needed. Pay attention to this detail when ordering—each listing specifies whether a blade is right-sided (“R”) or left-sided (“L”).
